"A commitment to professionalism and the cooperative development of unique, personal goals forms the foundation of any strong financial plan."
Jeff's interest in personal finance began in middle school when he started reading books on investing and researching companies for mock portfolios. That passion never faded.
Today, Jeff shares his passion for finance with his clients, ensuring that they fully understand their financial options now and in the future. His proactive approach to wealth management means every financial plan is not only customized, but also continually reviewed to ensure that everything is working according to plan.
Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in economics (with a minor in business) from the University at Albany. Immediately after graduation, he completed the Certified Financial Planning curriculum at The College of Saint Rose while working for a pension administration firm in Albany. Jeff has worked at MetLife, MassMutual and Ayco, the financial planning subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he was part of a team that provided personal financial planning to IBM employees.
As Jeff gained more experience in creating efficient financial planning strategies, he realized he needed to be independent to give his clients the objective advice and services they deserved and demanded. He says Empire Financial Advisors was the perfect move.
Jeff passed rigorous testing to become a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds his Series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities registrations through LPL Financial, along with his Life, Accident, Health license.
Jeff has served as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician. He also likes to volunteer his time at charitable community events and fundraisers. In his free time, Jeff enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his wife Shannon, daughters Giada, Tessa, Leila and son Jackson. He and his family reside in North Colonie, New York.
