“A financial plan must reflect the life stage of its owner—whether they’re purchasing a first home, financing a child’s college education or planning for retirement.”
Greg’s clients tell him they appreciate that he is an independent advisor. Why? Because it gives him the flexibility and objectivity to offer investment and insurance products that are suitable for them—regardless of brand and affiliation.
He says a good financial plan considers its owner’s personal and/or business situation and incorporates financial products that match that situation and move the client forward. A good financial plan must also be continually reviewed to measure achievements against stated goals. Equally important is ensuring that the plan owner is comfortable and making progress.
Greg has been a financial advisor since 2005 and has worked as an independent advisor since 2011. Prior to joining LPL Financial in 2016, he spent six years with H. Beck, Inc. after starting his financial services career with Ameriprise Financial Services in 2005.
A graduate of Union College with a B.A. in political science, Greg loves spending time with his wife, Beth, and their five children, Anna, Lauren, Evan, Micah and Grace in their home near Amsterdam, New York. He also enjoys playing golf and being outdoors.
